Kim Person - President
AK Construction was formed in 1993. After working all phases and of construction from 1973 to 1993 as an employee, Kim decided to start a business of his own.
In 1997, a high end builder approached Kim to run all of his site work and involved as many as 6 large projects at one time. These projects included and was not limited to Street of

In 1997, a high end builder approached Kim to run all of his site work and involved as many as 6 large projects at one time. These projects included and was not limited to Street of Dreams, award winning Built Green home and an Architectural Digest article on a condo in Millennium Tower in Seattle.
